Amy serves as lead administrator for PA Rowing Camps and the Philadelphia Community Boathouse Initiative and also coaches a number of the programs. She rowed at the University of Dayton during her undergraduate studies and at Temple University during her graduate studies. She holds a Master's degree in Sport and Recreation Administration and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Sport Psychology at Temple University and continues to row competitively at Undine Barge Club on Boathouse Row. Amy also coaches Conestoga High School’s novice team. Major Rowing Highlights include:

Paul is currently working as the Junior Program Head Coach. He works full-time as a Quality Engineer and is also the Head Coach of Conestoga High School. Prior to coaching Conestoga High School, Paul coached the Varsity Men's rowing team at the University of Dayton.
